  • Batch video creation. Sometimes he will record up to 8 videos in one day!
  • Have a team in place for a high volume of videos. Steve has a team of video editors, graphic designers, and a YouTube content manager.
  • Systems are key. Steve uses Google Sheets and has columns that represent an assembly line in terms of where the content needs to be published and how.
  • Make sure your videos add value, help people, and make a difference. This keeps your audience coming back for more!
  • Preplan your content by writing down bullet points of topics you want to cover; make sure you deliver on your “promise,” which is the title of the video.

Batching, having a team, and building systems and SOP’s are the keys for a large and successful YouTube channel.

How to Monetize Your YouTube Audience On Your Own Platform

Finally—how do you get those YouTube viewers onto your own platform and sell them products… especially if you’re giving away so much content for free?

Even if you tell people exactly how to solve their problems in your videos, they will still need a guide to hold their hand, keep them accountable, and help them with hiccups they will face in their journey.

You can make money by offering your personal time and expertise. Help guide them through those challenges and people will sign up for the help.

You can also turn your viewers into email subscribers simply by asking. In your videos, make sure to have a call to action to sign up for your email list. You can also put the CTA link in the first line of the description in your video.

Growing a successful and profitable YouTube channel is definitely possible, especially when your mission is helping others. Stay organized, and make sure to offer a CTA, and you’ll organically build a hot audience ready to buy your products or services.
