If you want to grow your business and sell more offers, you must understand these two bases for marketing. Read on to find your dream traffic, use the best base for marketing, attract the attention of your ideal customers there, and get them into your ecosystem.
The truth is: Your flow of ideal customers already exists.
Your dream traffic is already there, you just have to find it and step out in front of it. You can spend your time searching for where that traffic is, but you can also focus your efforts on luring your customers out. Finding the best base for marketing will help you do which is best for your business.
Optimize Your Profile to Attract Your Ideal Clients
If you think about the discovery phase like fishing, then your presence is like a fishing lure. Whatever lure you put out there – whether it’s a blog article, a post in a Facebook group, or a YouTube video – you have to make sure it’s enticing enough to capture your audience’s attention.
Revamp your profile so that it’s really clear what you do and what services you offer. Then, tell your traffic how they can learn more about your business and take advantage of the value you provide.
Once your clear profile is in place, there are two bases for marketing to consider in order to attract your customers…
Bases for Marketing: Intent-Based vs Pattern-Interrupt Based
Intent-based marketing is where people are intentionally in the marketplace searching for something. You can use organic methods: like talking to people in Facebook groups or use SEO strategies on your site. Or, you can use paid methods: if you pay for keywords that people are searching for on Google or YouTube with ads – this will help draw out your dream traffic.
Pattern-interrupt based marketing is where you target people based on interests. Basically, you put your offer in front of them at a time when they might not be looking for it by hitting on a latent, deep need of theirs. They may or may not realize they have this need, but they definitely haven’t found a solution yet.
There are organic and paid methods for pattern-interrupt base for marketing, as well. By posting on your profile, your posts go into people’s newsfeeds, which is a series of organic pattern interrupts. You can post about what you do, who you’re looking to serve, or what value your offer provides.
The paid side of pattern-interrupt base for marketing also involves ads, which is one of my favorite ways to market because of the quick turnaround and the value you get with watching the ad metrics.
Learn From Your Audience and Capture Their Information
No matter which marketing methods you try, it’s important to learn from your audience constantly.
Take notes, capture responses, and notice patterns with your marketing efforts. These patterns are what will determine your future messaging and approach.
With your optimized profile and your marketing lures, you’ll be able to capture their contact information once you get them into your ecosystem. Collect their email addresses through a Facebook group, through landing pages with a lead magnet, or with a webinar registration. Then drop your offers!
The most critical piece is to pick the bait that captures your audiences’ attention!
