If you want to use organic marketing strategies, then read on to finally find your way to charge more and consistently generate high-ticket leads through Facebook and Linkedin.
In Episode 66 and 67 of the Marketing Matrix Podcast, Craig Severinsen of Bright Works PR and Marketing shared how to be prepared for the journey of entrepreneurship and what to have in place in order to have consistent high paying clients for your service-based business to exceed your income goals.
Here are some of the most notable takeaways:
There are Two Truths in Entrepreneurship: Pivots and Problems
First: business is about pivoting. You need to be constantly looking for what is working, and what needs to be slightly better. There will always be tiny pivots. The combination of those small pivots lead to big, monumental shifts.
Second: you can’t avoid problems; they are inevitable. Business and entrepreneurship isn’t about avoiding problems, it’s about figuring out how to show up to those problems and solve them. Instead of fighting against the struggle, you’ve got to learn how to embrace it and just dive into it.
The Key to Premium Rates
Craig helps his clients get to six figures in 90 days. What’s the key to success and charging those premium rates? There are two things:
- Find your niche and target audience, and
- Have a really clear result, and be clear on what you help your ideal clients accomplish.
When you start talking about the clear end goal you can help them achieve, your leads will be attracted to that match. Most of the time, the person doesn’t really care about the pathway to achieve that goal, as long as it’s ethical. They’re more concerned about the details of your proven pathway and making sure it makes sense to them.
The Organic Marketing Social Media Strategy for 100K in 90 Days
Build the foundation: determine what you’re actually selling, and then create scalable packages. You need to have a service package with a specific result that you can confidently deliver.
Next, focus on controllable and effective marketing strategies, like organic social. Connect with and have meaningful conversations with your ideal clients. Then, build your authority through sharing content on Facebook lives, in groups, or through content posts. While doing so, you’ve got to be clear with yourself that the intention of your marketing is getting to know people, building relationships, and generating interest so you can make an invitation to your sales process.
Finally, have a value-centered sales process. When you’ve got your service package outlined and you’re getting enough leads in the door, you’ll be able to get people on the phone who are good fits and start closing with those high end packages.
Remember that you need to be consistent with your marketing efforts, since being a successful service-based entrepreneur is a combination of retaining clients and obtaining new clients. Do not take your foot off the gas when things are good; you might not feel it tomorrow, but next week you’re not going to have any clients.
Show up 100% and be clear on your offer, and soon you’ll be on your way to crushing your income goals as an entrepreneur.
